My professional journey in consumer finance law and regulatory compliance gave me a front-row seat to the financial, legal, and mindset barriers that keep people stuck. But I also saw something else—how clarity, structure, and support can completely change someone’s trajectory.
I created Everglow to offer that transformation.

My Story
My journey hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve learned to navigate demanding environments and redefine success on my own terms—without sacrificing my faith or ambition. Now, I’m committed to helping others do the same—whether that means breaking through financial barriers, finding balance in their careers, or standing firm in their purpose through life’s toughest moments.
As an African-American woman working at the intersection of law and finance, I’ve experienced the systemic hurdles, the coded expectations, and the constant pressure to prove yourself in spaces that weren’t built for you. I know what it feels like to be the “only one in the room”—and I also know the power of building your own table.
Through my work, I use every tool I’ve gained—legal training, financial knowledge, mentorship, and storytelling—to educate, uplift, and challenge the status quo. I believe deeply in equity, access, and the transformative power of mindset.
